Rouse Speed/Resistance (Japanese: 速さ魔防の奮起 Rouse Speed/Magic defense) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Rouse Spd/Res 1, Rouse Spd/Res 2 and Rouse Spd/Res 3 in order from lowest to highest. Rouse Spd/Res boosts its user's speed and resistance if they are not adjacent to any allies.
