Rouse Speed/Defense

Rouse Speed/Defense (Japanese: 速さ守備の奮起 Speed/Defense awakening) is a four-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Rouse Spd/Def 1, Rouse Spd/Def 2, Rouse Spd/Def 3, and Rouse Spd/Def 4 in order from lowest to highest. Rouse Spd/Def boosts its user's Speed and Defense if they are not adjacent to any allies; the Speed and Defense boosts increase with the skill's tier up to tier three, with tier 4 adding an effect neutralizing any effect that would turn the user's bonuses into penalties for the turn.
