Heart of Crimea

Heart of Crimea (Japanese: クリミアの心 Heart of Crimea) is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Heart of Crimea comes in only one tier. Heart of Crimea allows nearby allies to warp near the user, reduces the stats of nearby foes, and grants Null Follow-Up to the user and nearby allies.
