Infantry Flash

Infantry Flash (Japanese: 歩行の柔撃 Gentle Infantry Strike) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Infantry Flash 1, Infantry Flash 2, and Infantry Flash 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with an Infantry Flash skill allows any allied infantry units within 2 spaces of user with a certain amount of Speed higher than that ally's target to accelerate their cooldown counts per strike; the Speed difference threshold decreases with the skill's tier.
