From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.
Passive (Type C)
Visions of Arcadia is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Visions of Arcadia comes in only one tier. Visions of Arcadia is a skill that requires its user to have a breath or beast ally of any color as an ally on the field, and if this requirement is met at the start of the user's phase, boosts the Attack and Defense of the ally with the highest Attack (not necessarily one wielding breath or beast) for the duration of the turn.
||At start of user's phase, if user has an ally using any color of breath or beast skill on the field, boosts Attack and Defense of ally with highest Attack by +6 each for the turn.
||Cost: 300 SP

||Visions of Arcadia
||Arcadia is a location in the Elibe games, seen in The Binding Blade and mentioned in The Blazing Blade. It is a city where humans and dragons live together, which is likely why the skill affects dragon allies.
