Kaze's Needle (Japanese: スズカゼの疾風針 Suzukaze's Gale Dart) is a shuriken that debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. Named for the Hoshidan ninja Kaze, although it is statistically less impressive than the comparable-level Steel Shuriken, it has the unique ability to cast the effect of Rally Speed after its user initiates an attack, boosting the speed stat of all nearby allies.
