Lyfjaberg

Lyfjaberg (Japanese: リフィア Lyfja) is a weapon skill in the colorless dagger category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Eir. Lyfjaberg boosts its wielder's attack and speed during combat if their health is high, and prevents its foe from performing a follow-up attack when the user initiates combat.
