The Viskam (Japanese: ヴィスカム Viskam) is an automatic turret weapon akin to ballistae that appears in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and is employed exclusively by those who slither in the dark. It deals damage based on magic instead of strength, meaning it targets the enemy's resistance much like the Fire Orb. Viskam appear as map objects that cannot be destroyed, though they can be deactivated by defeating Pittacus or by pressing a switch on the map.

Trivia
- In the game's code, the Viskam is an amalgam of three different elements: an invisible enemy with 5 magic, 0 movement, and 100 HP which is spawned and despawned through specific triggers; a solid ballista object; and a unique weapon wielded by the enemy. Getting near an active Viskam in Zoom View will that reveal the hidden unit uses a placeholder portrait.
- The Viskam weapon is considered a sword in the game's code, which is reflected in the minimap representing Viskam with sword icons. However, it is not affected by Swordbreaker or Swordfaire.
- It is possible to obtain the Viskam from online travellers, where it is sold for 1G.[1] It uses the model for an Iron Sword.
