Surge Sparrow (Japanese: 鬼神飛燕の迫撃 Fierce God Flying Sparrow Pressing Attack) is a passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Surge Sparrow comes in only one tier. Surge Sparrow is similar to a fourth-tier equivalent of Swift Sparrow, in that it boosts its user's Attack and Speed during combat they initiate while also healing them whenever triggering a damage-dealing special skill based on the special skill's maximum cooldown count.
