Attack/Speed Scowl (Japanese: 攻撃速さの竜眼 Attack/Speed dragon's eye) is a four-tiered passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Atk/Spd Scowl 1, Atk/Spd Scowl 2, Atk/Spd Scowl 3, and Atk/Spd Scowl 4 in order from lowest to highest. When a foe initiates combat or has high HP, Atk/Spd Scowl boosts its user's attack and speed and, if the foe can trigger their special skill and the user has significantly higher speed, increases the foe's special cooldown count; higher tiers provide greater boosts, and require less speed to active the secondary effect.
