(Japanese: 煌めき幻奏 Shining Illusong) is the fourth booster series released for Fire Emblem Cipher. It primarily features characters from Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, augmented by characters from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem, and Fire Emblem Awakening. This series was released aside one assocated starter deck, Illusory Chapter, on March 17th, 2016 in Japan. The retail price for individual booster packs is ¥350 plus tax.
This booster series is part of season 1, and will no longer be legal in competitive play sometime in May 2019.
As with all of Cipher, the cards featured here has been printed only in Japanese and have only been released in Japan.
Overview
This booster series can be divided into two halves. Spread out among the two halves are cards based on Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, featuring the game's Mirage Masters and their Mirages; whichever half a Mirage Master and their associated Mirage appear in is based on the game of origin of the Mirage character, with Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light-based Mirages appearing in the first half and Awakening-based Mirages appearing in the second half.
The two halves of the set are further augmented by additional cards from the source realms that Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE draw their inspiration from. The first half, consisting of cards 1-50 and denoted with , augments its Tokyo Mirage Sessions-based content with a selection of characters drawn from Mystery of the Emblem and the remake of its second book, New Mystery of the Emblem; the second half, consisting of cards 51-100 and denoted with , augments its Tokyo Mirage Sessions-based content with a selection of additional characters from Awakening.
There are two distinct variations of card 17, a depiction of Tiki; one variation has the denotation symbol expected for its position in the set, , while the other variation has the denotation symbol.
Card List
The series features a total of 101 normal cards, with the two varieties of card 17 officially counted as separate cards, as well as 14 alternate foil prints.
For more information on each card see the Fire Emblem Cipher section on the respective character page.
