Runeaxe (Japanese: ルーンアクス Runeaxe) is an offensive skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Narcian. The Runeaxe is an allusion to the Runesword Narcian wields as a boss in The Binding Blade adjusted for his Heroes setup, and in line with the Runesword's The Binding Blade depiction, the Runeaxe is a skill that restores its user's HP whenever its user deals damage.

Trivia
- Runeaxe's description text includes text that states that its effect triggers even if zero damage is dealt to its target. Not only does that effect contradict the earlier part of the description, which states that it only triggers when dealing damage with a damage output of zero meaning the user is not dealing damage, it also contradicts its inspiration Runesword from The Binding Blade, which similarly would not heal its user when dealing zero damage to its target.
