Whirling Grace

Whirling Grace (Japanese: 流麗なる戦舞の聖器 Holy instrument of the fluent war-dance) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the festival variation of Larcei. When its user's HP is not low, Whirling Grace boosts its user's stats, neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe or deny the use a follow-up attack, and neutralizes effects that would reduce the user's special cooldown charge if the user's speed is higher than the foe's.
