Seafoam Splitter (Japanese: 蒼海割る裂帛の斧 Axe that cuts the blue sea like cloth) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Ephraim. Seafoam Splitter boosts its user's movement if they are near few allies, and when its user's HP is not low, it reduces its foe's stats, boosts its user's special cooldown charge, and reduces the damage of the foe's first attack.
