Plegian Axe

Plegian Axe (Japanese: ペレジアの斧 Plegian Axe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Plegian Axe is a skill that , when its user is not adjacent to any allies, magnifies any stat penalties already in place on the target's Attack and Defense by essentially more than doubling them. Should the target not already be suffering any stat penalties to either Attack or Defense, Plegian Axe will still apply a five-point penalty to that stat.
