Loyalist Axe is an offensive skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the Valentine's variation of Gustav. Loyalist Axe is a skill that, in addition to accelerating the cooldown count for its user's special skills, drops its target's Attack and Defense during combat either target-initiated or when the target's HP is sufficiently high, and additionally reduces damage dealt by its target's first strike if the target is due to make a follow-up strike..
