Ghostly Lanterns (Japanese: 赤と青の奇なる鬼火 Strange will-o'-wisp of red and blue) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Halloween variation of Duma. Ghostly Lanterns reduces the cooldown count for its user's special skills; if its user's HP is not low, it also boosts its user's attack and lower's the foe's, denies the foe a follow-up strike, and increases the foe's special skill cooldown count if their special skill is ready to trigger and the user's resistance is significantly higher than the foe's.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk+6 to unit and inflicts Atk-6 on foe during combat, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks, foe cannot make a follow-up attack, and also, if foe's attack can trigger their Special and unit's Res ≥ foe's Res+5 during combat, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on foe before foe's first attack. (Cannot exceed the foe's maximum Special cooldown.)
