Weapon (Breath)

First game

Ghostly Lanterns (Japanese: 赤と青の奇なる鬼火 Strange will-o'-wisp of red and blue) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Halloween variation of Duma. Ghostly Lanterns reduces the cooldown count for its user's special skills; if its user's HP is not low, it also boosts its user's attack and lower's the foe's, denies the foe a follow-up strike, and increases the foe's special skill cooldown count if their special skill is ready to trigger and the user's resistance is significantly higher than the foe's.

If user's HP ≥ 25%, during combat, boosts user's attack by 6, lowers foe's attack by 6, denies the foe a follow-up strike and neutralizes effects that would guarantee them a follow-up strike, and increases the foe's special skill cooldown count by +1 prior to their first attack if their special skill is ready to trigger and the user's resistance ≥ foe's resistance + 5.
If foe is a ranged unit, attack deals damage based on whichever of the enemy's defense or resistance is lower.
