Grants Atk+3. At the start of combat, if foe's HP < 100%, grants Atk/Res+6 during combat and foe cannot make a follow-up attack. If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.
Fell Breath (Japanese: 邪神のブレス Evil God's Breath) is an offensive skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Duma. Fell Breath is a skill that, in addition to boosting its user's Attack at all times, further boosts the user's Attack and Resistance during combat against a target not at full health and denies such targets follow-up strikes.

If target's HP is not full at the start of combat, boosts user's Attack and Resistance by +6 each during combat, and foe cannot make a follow-up strike.
If target is a ranged unit, attack deals damage based on whichever of the enemy's Defense or Resistance is the lower value.
