Ruinous Frost

Ruinous Frost (Japanese: 滅亡の霜雪 Frost and snow of ruin) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the fallen variation of Rhea. When a foe initiates combat or has high HP, Ruinous Frost increases the user's attack, reduces the foe's attack, and increases the user's damage based on the foe's resistance, but also denies both the user and foe follow-up attackss.
