Enveloping Breath

Enveloping Breath (Japanese: 茫漠のブレス Vast breath) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the fallen variation of Ninian. Enveloping Breath boosts its user's resistance; drops the stats and reduces the special cooldown charge of enemies in cardinal directions of the user and their target when using a performance skill; and boosts the user's speed and resistance during combat if their HP is not low.
