Divine One's Arts

Divine One's Arts (Japanese: 神竜王の体術 Divine dragon king's martial art) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the legendary variation of male Alear. Divine One's Arts allows its user to strike twice with each attack; additionally, when its user's HP is not low, it boosts its user's stats, reduces the foe's stats based on the number of unique source games on the user's team, reduces the potency of the foe's damage-reducing effects, and increases the foe's special cooldown count if the user's resistance is significantly higher than theirs.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit and inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-X on foe during combat (X = number of distinct game titles among allies within 3 spaces of unit × 3, + 4; max 10), reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by 50% (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and also, if foe's attack can trigger foe's Special and unit's Res ≥ foe's Res+5, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on foe before foe's first attack during combat (cannot exceed the foe's maximum Special cooldown). If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res. |
