Chilled Breath

Chilled Breath (Japanese: 夏氷のブレス Summer ice breath) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Nifl. If its user initiates combat or is near allies, Chilled Breath boosts its user's attack and speed during combat, neutralizes effects guaranteeing the foe or denying the user a follow-up attack, and denies the foe a counterattack if they are significantly slower then the user.
