Mastermind (Japanese: 天才 Prodigy) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The personal skill of Lysithea, it doubles the amount of skill experience that she earns in battle. It does not affect skill experience learned elsewhere, such as instruction or choir practice. It is also accessible to Jeritza as a unique ability in his skill pool.
It is functionally identical to the Discipline skill from Radiant Dawn and Awakening, and even features a very similar icon.
