Hit Rate + (Japanese: 命中+ Hit +) is a series of skills which debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening. As the name suggests, they increase a unit's hit rate by a set amount, and are typically associated with the Archer and Sniper classes. Currently, there are two levels of the skill: Hit Rate +10 and Hit Rate +20. The former is an enemy-exclusive skill, used only in Awakening's Lunatic and Lunatic+ difficulties, while the latter is available for player use.
