Professor's Guidance (Japanese: 師の導き Master's guidance) is an ability which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The personal ability of Byleth, it increases experience gained by both the unit and any allies adjacent to them. In Chapter 10, after defeating Kronya, the ability is upgraded to Professor's Guidance+, which retains its original function while also gaining the additional ability of increasing the unit's damage by 2.

In Engage, the skill is known by the name Mentorship, and it is granted by Emblem Byleth.
