Leonine Poise (Japanese: 獅子王の構え Lion King's Stance) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. A weapon skill linked to the Emperor Lance, Leonine Poise grants its user a huge boost to their critical rate, at the cost of greatly lowered Avoid and being forced to make their strike second.
