The Elysian Whip (天空のムチ, Heavenly Whip) is one of several promotion items in the Fire Emblem series.

This item can be used to promote flying units in the GBA games. Also, it is the second -and least common- promotion item in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. Not present in the original games, this item was added to the inventory; if pegasus knights are promoted with it, they change to Falcon Knights; otherwise, they will become Dracoknights, which was the original promotion for these units.

The elysian whip is available in five games: The Binding Blade, Blazing Sword, The Sacred Stones, Shadow Dragon, and New Mystery of the Emblem.
