Winds of Change (Japanese: 予兆の風 Wind of omens) is a weapon skill in the green tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the young variation of Merric. Winds of Change deals bonus damage to flying units; additionally, if the user has an active bonus or their HP is high, it boosts its user's attack and speed and neutralizes effects that deny the user or guarantee the foe a follow-up attack.
