Grants Res+3. If a penalty inflicted by a skill like Panic or Threaten and/or a negative status effect (preventing counterattacks or restricting movement) is active on foe, grants Atk+6 during combat and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.
Chaos Manifest is an offensive skill in the green tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Yune. Chaos Manifest, in addition to boosting its user's Resistance at all times, is a skill that adds insult to injury against targets that are afflicted by a stat penalty or negative status effect active, boosting the user's Attack during the combat and guaranteeing the user a follow-up strike against such a target.

If target has a stat penalty (such as inflicted by a Panic or Threaten skill) or negative status effect (i.e. nullifying the ability to counterattack or a movement penalty) on it, boosts user's Attack by +6 during combat and guarantees user a follow-up strike.
