Heiðr (Japanese: ヘイズ Heiðr) is a green tome-type weapon skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Heiðr. Heiðr reduces a foe's stats and special cooldown charge when the user is involved in a Rally assist skill, and it boosts the user's stats, boosts their damage, and reduces the damage of the foe's first attack when the user initiates combat or is near an ally.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants
Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants Special
cooldown charge +1 to unit per attack (only
highest value applied; does not stack), and
neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's
follow-up attacks and effects that prevent
unit's follow-up attacks during combat, and
also, if it is unit's first combat initiated by
unit or first combat initiated by foe that turn,
reduces damage from foe's first attacks by
70% during combat (for standard weapons,
"first attacks" means only the first strike; for
weapons that grant "unit attacks twice," it
means the first and second strikes).
If unit's HP ≥ 25% at start of combat, after
combat, if unit attacked, inflicts【Panic】on
target and foes within 2 spaces of target.

Converts bonuses on target into penalties
through its next action.

戦闘中に攻撃していれば、戦闘後に
敵と、その周囲2マス以内の敵に
【パニック】を付与
