Heavy Blade
| ||||
|
Heavy Blade (Japanese: 剛剣 Tough Sword) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. In Fates, it is a bonus class skill associated with the Vanguard class; in Heroes, it is a four-tiered type A passive skill (whose individiual tiers are known as Heavy Blade 1, Heavy Blade 2, Heavy Blade 3, and Heavy Blade 4 in order from lowest to highest). In Fates, Heavy Blade is a skill that grants a sizable boost to the user's Strength at the slight cost of a point of Speed; in Heroes, the skill accelerates the cooldown for special skills if the user's Attack is higher than the target's, the necessary gap in Attack stats decreases with the skill's tier up to the third tier, with the fourth tier adding a boost to its user's damage.
