Highwayman

Highwayman (Japanese: ダーティファイト Dirty Fight) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. It is Shura's personal skill. It allows the user to inflict strength and speed debuffs if they initiate a battle where the enemy cannot counterattack (i.e. a user's Steel Bow against an enemy's Steel Naginata).
