Fire Emblem Cipher
Quiet Strength is present as a skill on one of Sakura's cards in Fire Emblem Cipher: S03-005ST Shrine Maiden of Love, Sakura. It comes into effect when a Hoshido-symbol ally of Sakura's defeats an enemy unit, giving the player the option of paying a cost of flipping two bond cards to choose one discarded Hoshido-symbol card in their Retreat Area which does not depict Sakura, and add that card to their hand.
