Glacies is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Glacies allows the player to deal additonal damage to the target based on a large percentage of its Resistance. Glacies can be considered one of two stronger variations of the Chilling Wind skill, in this case having the same cooldown but a stronger effect.
