Treats foe's Def/Res as if reduced by 80% during combat. (Skill cannot be inherited.)
Black Luna (Japanese: 黒の月光 Black Moonlight) is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes, and is the personal skill of Zelgius in both his true identity and that of the Black Knight. Black Luna allows the user's attack to bypass 80% of the target's Defense or Resistance. Black Luna can be considered an even stronger variation of the Heroes iteration of Luna, having a stronger effect compared to Luna and even moreso compared to New Moon with the same cooldown as both of those skills. Black Luna cannot be passed to other units through skill inheritance.
||Treats the target as if it has an 80% penalty to Defense and Resistance during the strike.
||Cannot be inherited to other units.
