Rising Flame is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Rising Flame allows the player to deal damage to all foes within its range based on the game's typical damage formulas. Rising Flame can be considered a weaker variation of two other special skills, one being Growing Flame dealing the same amount of damage but in a wider radius, the other being Blazing Flame keeping the same radius but increasing the damage output.
