Rapid-Crier Bow

Rapid-Crier Bow (Japanese: 涙目の速射弓 teary-eyed rapid-fire bow) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Neimi. Rapid-Crier Bow boosts its user's Speed at all times; boosts the Attack and Speed of the ally with the highest sum of attack and speed for the user's phase; and boosts all of the user's stats during combat when near any allies, with a further boost to the user's Attack based on the highest Attack and Speed bonuses on a nearby ally.
