The Saunion (Japanese: サウニオン Saunion) is a lance which was introduced in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Saunion is an unusual lance in that it is capable of hitting from either two or three squares away yet cannot hit adjacent foes, and also grants its wielder skills that allow its wielder to switch places with an ally, allow its wielder to take less damage from physical strikes, and increase its outer range by a further two squares.
