Rising Wind is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Rising Wind allows the player to deal damage to all foes within its range based on the game's typical damage formulas. Rising Wind can be considered a weaker variation of two other special skills, one being Growing Wind dealing the same amount of damage but in a wider radius, the other being Blazing Wind keeping the same radius but increasing the damage output.
