Retainer's Report
Retainer's Report (Japanese: 参謀役の書 Officer's role book) is a weapon skill in the red tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Hubert. Retainer's Report boosts its user's stats and allows them to automatically make a follow-up attack in combat should the target either have sufficiently high HP or an active penalty; when refined, it additionally lowers the target's attack, defense, resistance, and special skill cooldown charge and causes them to take additional damage in combat if the user is involved in a Rally or movement assist skill.
