Rite of Souls is a weapon skill in the colorless tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Arval. Rite of Souls is a skill that, in addition to accelerating the user's special skill cooldown count, reduces the special skill cooldown count of enemies within a square radius of the user, and boosts its user's stats during combat either user-initiated or while within close proximity of any allies as well as the user's damage output based on the user's Resistance while denying its target a follow-up strike.

At start of user's phase, reduces the special skill cooldown count of enemies within a 3×3 square centered on user whose Resistance is lower than the user's Resistance by -1 each.
If user either initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of any allies, boosts user's Attack, Speed, Defense, and Resistance by +5 each during combat and user's damage output by 20% of the user's Resistance, and user cannot make a follow-up strike.
