Inner Wellspring

Inner Wellspring (Japanese: 内より溢れる魔力 Magical power overflowing from within) is a weapon skill in the colorless tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the brave variation of Byleth. Inner Wellspring reduces the cooldown count for its user's special skills; if its user is near any allies, it neutralizes effects guaranteeing a foe or denying the user a follow-up strike as well as further accelerating a maximized special skill cooldown count; and if the user initiates combat or is near any allies, it boosts its user's stats with a further special skill cooldown count acceleration if the user triggered their special skill during combat.
