Phantasm Tome (Japanese: 幻影の書 Phantom Tome) is a weapon skill in the colorless tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the brave variation of Marianne. Phantasm Tome boosts its user's Speed; if the target has sufficiently high HP, it drops their Speed and Resistance during combat and neutralizes any skill-granted bonuses the target has to those stats, and also reduces the damage output of the target's first strike if the user initiates combat.
