Mila's Testament (Japanese: 大地母神の聖書 Holy book of the earth mother goddess) is a weapon skill in the colorless tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the ascended variation of Celica. Mila's Testament accelerates the cooldown count for its user's special skills; if its user initiates combat or is near any allies, it also boosts its user's Attack and Speed during combat, neutralizes effects that reduce the user's special skill cooldown charge, boosts the user's damage based on the foe's Attack, and allows the user to survive an otherwise-lethal strike.

(Once per combat. Does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe's attack would reduce HP to 0.)	奥義が発動しやすい（発動カウント－１） 自分から攻撃した時、または、 周囲２マス以内に味方がいる時、 戦闘中、攻撃、速さ＋６、かつ 自身の奥義発動カウント変動量－を無効、 ダメージ＋敵の攻撃の１０％、かつ 自分のＨＰが２５％以上で敵の致死攻撃を受けた時、 ダメージをＨＰが１残るように軽減 （１戦闘１回のみ。奥義以外の 　「敵の致死攻撃を受けた時、ダメージをＨＰが 　　１残るように軽減する効果」とは重複しない）
