The Enlightened One (Japanese: ニルヴァーナ Nirvana) is an advanced lord-like class which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The class is exclusive to Byleth, the game's main protagonist, and is granted to them at the end of Chapter 10, when Sothis grants Byleth enhanced power.
The Enlightened One is a well-rounded class, sporting solid stats all around, decent movement, and the ability to use magic. It has good strength and magic, respectable defense and resistance, and several abilities that enhance Byleth's existing proficiencies in swords, faith, and authority, and can even use brawling weapons, unlike other magic classes. Though other classes surpass it in individual stats, few can match its overall versatility, and it additionally lacks a weakness to effective weaponry. As a result, the Enlightened One can work both as a potent front-line unit and an effective support unit.
