Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light

The Rapier is a sword-type weapon in the Fire Emblem series. This sword is quite unique, because it can be only wielded by certain characters of noble descent; it is the personal weapon of Marth, Roy, Eliwood and Eirika.

Fairly light and accurate yet somewhat weak, this weapon deals extra damage against armored and mounted units.

The rapier has appeared in eight games so far, the exceptions being Gaiden, Seisen no Keifu, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.
