The Fruit of Life (Japanese: 生命の木の実 Fruit of the Tree of Life) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Fruit of Life is a unique provision with advanced fatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also serves as Shadows of Valentia's analog to the Seraph Robe and Life Ring in that it also permanently increases the maximum HP of whomever consumes it by 2 points. In Fire Emblem: Three Houses however, it increases maximum HP by only 1 point.
