The Soma (Japanese: ソーマ Soma) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Soma is a unique provision with advanced fatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also serves as Shadows of Valentia's analog to the Energy Ring, and to a lesser extent the Power Ring, Magic Ring, Energy Drop, and Spirit Dust based on Soma's effect, in that it also permanently increases the Strength of whomever consumes it by 2 points.
