Diplomacy Staff (Japanese: 軍師の諫言の杖 Strategist's admonishment staff) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of August. At the start of its user's phase, Diplomacy Staff boosts three of the user's support partner's stats and guarantees their partner a follow-up attack when initiating combat, and reduces the support partner's special cooldown count and prevents their foes in combat from making follow-up attacks if at least one of their allies has been defeated; additionally, Diplomacy Staff calculates damage like non-staff weapons.
