Foe cannot counterattack. After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions, and grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit and allies within 2 spaces for 1 turn.
Hliðskjálf (Japanese: フリズスキャルヴ Hliðskjálf) is an offensive skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the Brave Princess variation of Veronica. The Hliðskjálf is a powerful skill that, in addition to preventing enemy counterattacks, greatly reduces all stats on the target and foes near it while greatly boosting all stats on the user an allies near it.
